⛹️‍♂️🏾During a recent workout, I asked a few high school players who aspired to play in college what made them unique as players.

😠None of them knew how to answer that question. I went on to explain, that each of them are specialist.

🎁One had the ability to be a high motor, active and versatile player that could be a matchup nightmare on both sides of the floor. While another had natural leadership abilities, along with the ball-handling, passing, scoring and the IQ that would make him an amazing floor general. The other was an athletic shooter that had a ratchet from the perimeter while being equipped to attack hard closeouts and finish over help defenders in the paint which make him an athletic 3 and D guy.

🎁🎁In order to level up they needed to know what made them unique, then cultivate that and share it.

👊🏾The same goes for you and I as we pursue God’s purposes here on Earth. As we prepare to level up, we need to know what are one of a kind gifts and talents are, because that’s what will allow us to fulfill our role in God’s kingdom.

👀We serve a God that did not make two leaves alike, two snowflakes alike and He dang sure has never made two people just alike. You were made with one of a kind gifts that the world around you needs you to acknowledge, cultivate and share!

📖”Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything!” - 1 Peter 4:10-11 MSG
