⚠️So many times in sports and in life, we fail to properly handle our mistakes. We either; fail to keep it real with ourselves, and God and address our flawed decisions, which leads to repetitive faulty behavior. Or, we learn from our mistakes but hold on to them, which prohibits us from reaching our potential.

🏈You are the quarterback of your life, you will throw interceptions (make mistakes).

❓Has Tom Brady ever thrown an interception and still won the game? Of course, and you can still win too.

🔑Just like Brady does when he throws a pick, go to the sidelines get with your Coach (God), and those that He’s appointed to coach you through life, discuss the mistake, determine what went wrong, learn from it, throw it away and proceed towards victory.

📠It’s not the quarterback that throws interceptions that won’t succeed, it’s the QB that continues to throw the same type of interception that loses, and the same goes for you.

💭Spencer Johnson in his book, The Present, says when we learn from our mistakes we can let go of them as long as we learn from them. His mantra, which I encourage all of you to adopt is, ”learn, let go, move on.”

📖Acts 3:19 (MSG)“Now it’s time to change your ways! Turn to face God so he can wipe away your sins, pour out showers of blessing to refresh you, and send you the Messiah he prepared for you, namely, Jesus. “

*Any of you that struggle to enjoy the present moments that God gifts to you, because you either, have anxiety about the future, or can’t let go pf past failures, I’d suggest you read Johnson’s book, The Present!
